ElphoGels are Ready-To-Use gels for SDS with a thickness of 0,5 mm. Methods: SDS
These gels are polymerized on support films: Polyester for Coomassie and Silver stain, also for fluorescence in the red channel or
NF-film support for fluorescence on all channels.

EQ-type: A new matrix was developed! For best resolution and silver staining behavior. Comparable to the discontinued ExCelGels and to all self-casted SDS-gels!
Gel Electrodes: are now supplied with all ElphoGels SDS, non toxic! Best resolution and super sensitive silver-staining.
All film-supported gels can be scanned directly without any glass cassette! Increased sensitivity!
Stacking gel (5%T) and resolving gel (12.5%T).
PET support film:
For Coomassie- and silverstain. The fluorophores f.e. T-REX, Flamingo and Pro-Q are working in the red channel (exciting: 648 nm, emission: 663 nm)

NF support film:
For fluorescence stainings in all channels (UV, blue, green and red), e.g. DIGE, FITC etc.

All ElphoGels can be run on flatbed professional, or GE’s Multiphor
Also on EDC’s flatbed modular system

For wetting the paper electrodes (SAR-gels) a DryPool Combi is recommended.
