DryGel-Elpho are electrophoresis gels for rehydration
(available Buffer-Kits: SDS - Native (anod./cathod) - DNA)
DryGel Kits (SDS-Kits, Sortype Kit)
Methods: SDS - DNA - native cathodal - native anodal - Sortype

All film-supported gels can be scanned directly without any glas-cassette! Increased sensitivity!
Stacking gel (5%T) and resolving gel (12.5%T).

PET support film:
Best working support for Coomassie- or solverstain.
The fluorophors f.e. T-REX, Flamingo and Pro-Q are working in the red channel (exciting: 648 nm, emission: 663 nm)

NF support film:
For fluorescence stainings in all channels (UV, blue, green and red), e.g. DIGE, FITC etc.

DryGels Elpho can be run on flatbed professional, or GE’s Multiphor
Also on EDC’s flatbed modular system

For rehydration of Drygels Elpho and soaking the electrode strips a DryPool Combi should be used.
