Peptides
Cause: Peptides are not easy to stain: Normally they leave the gel during visualisation if there is any solvent like 20-30% ethanol or methanol.
Remedy: The “Semi-Colloidal Coomassie” and the “Hot Coomassie” is staining and fixing at the same time and has no organic solvents.
