DryGel IEF cereal

DryGel IEF cereal are special designed gels for seed-testing applications.
All these gels are non-toxic!

Two types of matrix are available:
2p: special designed matrix with two phases, ‘start phase’ and ‘separation phase’, suitable for clear appearance of varieties and quick run down to 75 min: recommended for urea-containing gels (Maize).
The samples should be applied on the ‘start phase’ side, normally the anode. See picture below.
Recommended for urea-containing gels, f.e. hybrid-male-female typing of Maize.
