Anodal Native Protein/DNA Electrophoresis

The buffer's pH-value is basic and the target molecules are negatively charged. They run towards the anode.
Proteins:
Used only for acidic and neutral proteins. Basic proteins will run backward!
DNA:
Double strand DNA run according to their basepairs, single stranded DNA will show sequence specific results.
