Anodal Cut-Off

	Most electrophoretic buffer-systems are discontinuous buffer-systems. This sharpens the bands. But as a side-effect some of the smaller fragments (15%-gel: <30 bp) are taken away with the discontinuous front. The semidisc method softens this effect: The bands are a little bit more unsharp, but the anodal cut-off is avoided. Take 10% of the electrode buffer to the gel-buffer


		Discontinuous run: The 3 samples are cut off at the anodal end of the 15% gel


	Semidisc run: The 3 samples are within the gel
