Symptom: Bands occur curved within their lanes.
Cause: When samples hold too much salt and/or buffer-ions they change the gel's conductivity in that lane. The isoelectric lines together with the proteins will be no more parallel.
Remedy:
1.   Try another sample application points.
2.   Desalt sample using small columns like NAP-5 (GE 17-0853-01)
